Vision & Identity

Not in the traditional sense. We offer services to set up complete RTL-to-GDSII flows using opensource tools enhanced with AI layers.

The industry has ignored critical gaps: no proper SystemVerilog simulator, no UVM simulator, not enough opensource reference designs. Most learners stop at the thought of not having commercial tools.

We want to change that.

No. We bridge the gap between opensource and commercial worlds.

Most industry giants laid their foundations on opensource designs. Both must coexist. We lift the opensource ecosystem while respecting the role commercial tools play in signoff.

Strictly no.

We bridge the gap—we don't replace signoff tools. We help teams learn, prototype, and gain confidence before moving to commercial signoff. We never claim to replace that final step.

Technology & Services

We bring non-optimism to the verification cycle.

70% of chip development time goes to verification, yet it's never enough—signoff remains subjective. Teams skip GLS simulations, delay simulations with parasitics, thermal analysis, and system-level parameters.

We introduce what's missing. Not to replace commercial verification, but to ensure teams enter signoff with genuine confidence, not hope.

We help you gain perspective about the industry shift.

Traditional RTL-to-GDSII is becoming just one layer. On top sits a physics-aware, multi-die environment. We help teams understand and prepare for this transition—from single-chip thinking to die-to-die architecture.

Traditional flow: One chip. RTL to GDSII. Done.

Future flow: Multiple chiplets talking to each other. RTL-to-GDSII becomes just one layer. Above it sits a physics-aware multi-die environment where the rules change completely.

We help teams navigate this transition.

Yes. We're releasing a complete EDA suite—RTL to GDSII with opensource foundations, enhanced AI layers, and tools that fill the opensource gaps.

This isn't about replacing commercial tools. It's about giving students, startups, and teams a real path to learn and build before signoff.

Platforms & Domains

Yes, but not like what you've seen before.

We create platforms with trained AI layers and modular defense/agri components. When a customer requests a solution, we deliver immediately because the building blocks already exist.

From a system perspective, all our divisions are connected.

Defense is always confidential. You can't add AI layers that connect to the cloud. Very few options exist.

Our solution: VAI (Virtual AI Inference)—a modular approach where a small LLM is trained for a specific function and sits entirely on-chip. No cloud. No external dependency.

A chip with VAI + TinyLLM can serve defense applications completely offline. The same principle applies to agriculture—smaller modules with specific functions, no connectivity required, just automation.

We have plans, but not enterprise-scale robotics.

We've seen real problems in South Indian agriculture firsthand. That's when we decided to build small autonomous robots that can genuinely help farmers and industry workers. Practical. Affordable. Purpose-built.

Students, Startups & Contributors

Yes. We're uploading more reference designs to GitLab with encryption.

If we receive a request from an organization email, we're happy to share the code openly with an NDA. We believe in helping the next generation learn on real designs, not just textbook examples.

Yes, we'd be pleased.

Our current in-house EDA effort focuses on filling opensource gaps:

  • RTL vs GLS wave comparison
  • LEC (Logic Equivalence Checking)
  • DFT
  • OpenROAD parallel processing by regions
  • PEX and IR drop analysis
  • Agent-based signoff at every stage

We're also enhancing OpenSTA with ECO cycles and preparing PnR flow with multi-PDK support.

Working With Us

Yes, we are actively looking—but with intention.

We want partners who can help us lead our dreams, not just cash in on market trends. We're not chasing hype. We want to fill the gaps that have been laying around for decades, with the help of AI.

If that resonates with you, let's talk.

Registered in Andhra Pradesh (Kakinada), operating from Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

If you're looking for us in fancy tech parks—sorry, we can't afford that yet. We fully focus on utilizing every penny on projects, not on spacious locations.

Currently, all team members are freelancers. We don't have regular employees yet.

However, our directors are available to reach anytime. We're a lean team focused on delivery, not headcount.

Semiconductor companies, AI hardware startups, defense, agriculture, and industrial automation.

From a system perspective, all are connected.
